What does Haus Couture sell?

Haus Couture is a contemporary British streetwear label offering premium T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and joggers.

How do I choose the right size?

Use our Size Guide to compare garment measurements for T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, straight-leg joggers and cuffed joggers. All measurements are provided in centimetres.

How much is UK delivery?

UK Standard delivery is £4.99. Standard delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. UK Express delivery is £6.99.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Standard delivery to supported EU destinations is £14.99. Standard delivery to other selected international destinations is £23.99. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Haus Couture offers a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your order. Items should be unworn and unused other than what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try them on, in their original condition, and with original tags attached where applicable.

Please contact us before sending a return. For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide the remedy required under your statutory rights.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you need a different size, colour or product, the quickest method is generally to return the original item in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order.
